Partner with the CEO to cultivate and grow a strong portfolio of private and institutional funders, translate ideas into action, and craft compelling concept notes and proposals for support that reflect USDR’s unique value and potential impact.

This role guides affiliates through campaign planning and execution, delivering training, and offering ongoing coaching to ensure fundraising success. Responsibilities include portfolio analysis, campaign advisory coaching, and supporting active capital campaigns with strategic guidance.
Play a key role in growing Kakadu Tourism’s profile and revenue nationally and internationally. This is a highly autonomous role with the flexibility to work from home, but it will require frequent domestic and international travel to meet clients, attend industry events, and build strategic partnerships. You will work closely with the Accor Regional Director of Sales and Marketing and the General Manager to define target markets, develop strategic initiatives, and drive business growth.
